Confused on validation

Question
-
I am having issues with updating Windows and Office- I was asked by Microsoft Tech Support to run a few tests, and one of them was to validate my Vista Home Premium and Office Enterprise 2007 programs- My Vista first failed, then passed on the second run, and my Office failed and never passed. When I ran the Diagnostic Tool here, everything passed. Any ideas?

You are running a copy of Office Enterprise - which is not for sale to the general public, but only in bulk to organisations for use on their own machines - if you are a member of such an organisation, then contact your System Admin. If you are not a member of such an organisation, then you have been sold a counterfeit copy of Office.
