Outlook Client - Multiple E-Mail Accounts RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a user with two e-mail accounts in the same Outlook profile (both Office 365). The user needs to be able to track e-mails from both accounts in Dynamics CRM 2011. When trying to do this for one of the accounts they get an error stating that "Only items in the default Microsoft Outlook store can be promoted to Microsoft Dynamics CRM." I understand from various posts and blogs that there is no work-around for this (other than using rules to redirect e-mails).

    Please could someone confirm if this is indeed the case?

  • This is the correct - the forwarding from the second to the primary account is the easiest option.

    Many thanks for the quick reply. How would the user be able to track e-mails they send from account #2 in that scenario?
