Hi,
we are using the On premiss CRM 2013 application.
our customer is askign to buid a CCA application into our organization.. i have gon through the Forums...
can you pls suggest me how can i install it properly to build this application.. it's very bit urgent

CCA has been moved to the Samples folder of the CRM SDK, you can find it in the CRM SDK's UII section.
if your application is CRM based you may want to consider looking at USD( Unified Service Desk ) which is the supported version of the Agent Desktop framework.. you can find it here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=43110

I have downloaded
1.CRM2013-USD-PackageDeployer
2.UnifiedServiceDesk exe files which file i has install first can you please guide me on this?
my organization is "on premiss" it's very urgent

2.UnifiedServiceDesk exe it's got installed successfully.
while clicking the application am getting following error message.. after closing i can able to see the application
2.In contact page while clicking the Phone number am getting following error message
can you please help me on this.. it's bit urgent.. am using on premiss..
is it required for internet connection?

In the docs I pointed you too, in the Installing Walk though, you will find this link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn646911.aspx
Step 1.3 explains how to fix this if you installed USD after deploying the package.
