    Always I try to activate Office it says Insert Disk and the promt disappears.
    After next satrt of Office this promt shows again and I found no way to get it away.
    Server runs as Terminal Server (3 User).
    I also have 3 licenses, but no way to enter more than one.

    We really need for you to please follow the provided steps for both running the MGA Diagnostic Test as well as providing us with the actual results back here in the thread. It appears you are editing the results or possibly you are experiencing difficulities. You can reference other posts in the forum as a reference as how the pasted results should appear. In turn we will be able to analyze what you are experiencing so we may begin troubleshootnig the problem. 




    Please follow the steps below as it could resolve your issue. If need be, provide us with additional information to determine the cause of this issue.

    Make sure you are logged on as an Administrator.

    Confirm you are using the most current version of Genuine Advantage by clicking Validate Office on the website below:

    If the above steps do not resolve your issue, continue below.

    The MGADT website will attempt to resolve the validation errors you are experiencing with Office.

    Please run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Test (MGADT) so that I may analyze the results.

    By clicking the link below, you will download the MGADT.  Then click the Run button. Then click the Run button again. Then click the Continue button to perform the diagnostic. The Windows tab should show, click the Copy button to paste your report to the clipboard.  Then paste the report into a New Post on this Forum by adding a post in it and pressing Ctrl V (to paste the text).     1. What edition/version of Office do you have? To find your edition/version click Start, Word Options, Resources, About,there you should find the title of your edition.

  • if it helps, i'm be asked for a reactivation because of hardware chenges - but no changes were made and i didn't actually activated office (because not possible)
    if i install on xp i get the normal wizzard with the 50 uses countdown and the possibility to choose how to activate - phone or internet
    but this option i don't get on the 2008 server

    call microsoft at 1-800-microsoft

    chose technical support, and tell them your problem.
