Newly added subjects are not appearing in the subject list on the case form RRS feed

  • I am developing with a newly installed on-premise CRM 2016. I created a few subjects which appear on the case form in the drop-down for subject. But then I added a few more subjects but those do not appear in the drop-down list. Am I missing a step to make the new subjects available for selection?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • I just added a new one and it appeared just fine. Please check if these were added under a parent subject. If that is the case, you will need to expand the subjects available in the subject listing in case and you should find the newly added subject under the parent subject it was added to.
