I have a small form factor PC which I use as a WHS. This PC has space only for a single hard drive. About a week ago, I decided to purchase a new 750GB internal hard drive to replace my old 250 GB drive which I was using. After installing the new hard drive and reloading a fresh copy of WHS software on the new hard drive, I disconnected the DVD drive and connected my old Hard drive as a slave to copy my files over to the new hard drive with a fresh installed WHS. When I try to copy the files from my old hard drive to the new one I get the following error: " Can not copy shares: The file can not be accessed by the system." I have tried different steps to copy the files but it just does not work. I took ownership of the folders/files in the permissions options, and I've tried removing all permissions and adding them back with full control to the folders. I cannot get past this error. I have also done another stupid thing, thinking it would somehow resolve the issue by formatting the boot partition off my old drive. So now, I can't even reconnect my old drive to boot to it. Has anyone ever seen this error and has been able to get passed it? Any help or info will be appriciated. Thank you.
If this is too much info, here is a summary
