Get-DfsrBacklog script support on SBS 2011?

Question
-
Is there a way to efficiently check DFSR backlogs on SBS 2011?
From what I can see, the Get-DfsrBacklog.ps1 script won't work there unless we install .Net 3, a highly disruptive change on a stable SBS server just to get a DFSR-related PowerShell query to work.
But so far as I can see, no one has stated clearly an answer to this.
Oh, and why does the Forum Category list box at the top of this query screen contain no options having anything to do with normal Windows servers? What the heck are we supposed to choose for questions like this?

Hello,
The 'Academic Initiatives - General Discussions' forum is for any posts not covered under any of the other forums as related to Microsoft's Academic Initiatives.
As it's off-topic here, I am moving the question to the Where is the forum for... forum.
For what it's worth, you don't see a bunch of categories as you are in the Microsoft branding of the forums.
There arte the following three choices:
https://social.microsoft.com/Forums/
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/ForumsKarl
