I bought several years ago, your product 'Microsoft Money Home Edition', and have been using it so far without problems.
However recently my computer broke and it couldn't be repaired.
Then I installed Money on another computer and when I try to open my data file, or the backup file, always gives me an error, which I think makes no sense. I tried in several computers and the error is always the same, which is:
Error message: Money cannot locate money.mny or cannot open it, possibly because it is a read-only file, you do not have permission to change
it, or your disk drive is write-protected. If you have chosen the correct file and it cannot be accessed, you will need to click OK and then Restore your most recent backup file.
Could you please help me in this issue ?
