365 quarantine and allow list issue RRS feed

  • Every time I release an email from the new quarantine and also select “add sender to your organizations allow list” I get the error below.

    If I do NOT select the allow list option, there is no error.

    using global admin account, used both chrome and edge.


    Here is the error:

    Welcome to our forum.

    Given this situation, please try adding safe senders in this way and see if there is any difference.

    Besides, I researched alot and found this thread may be useful to you. Please confirm if there is a similar situation in your environment

    Then if the issue continues, it is suggested to open a Service Request via Office 365 admin page.
