IE started to show blanks screen on Account and Opportunity in CRM Online RRS feed

  • Question

  • My Customer calls today and tell that for IE they can't open an Account or an Opportunity form. I tried the same (as System Administrator) and get same problem: when you click on an Account or Opportunity, you get a blank screen and a IE Error:

I have cleared caches. Normally the form Works fine. No scripts or business rules on Account form (but scripts on Opportunity form). CRM Online environment 6.1.1.123, but spring 14 product updates has NOT been installed yet. Dynamics.com are in trusted site as well as all related domains.

    Chrome loads pages fine!!

Please help if you have an suggestion, since this Customer has not been happy with 2013 update!

  • What version of IE are you using? Does it work for forms of other entities?

Can you try opening up the Account form in the customizations area, and doing a "Save As" to create another form? Publish and see if you can access the new one. Do the same for Opportunities.

Please feel free to contact me via any of the following methods:

  • Dear Roshan

Thanks for you suggestions. Yesterday I already tried creating another form. Nothing worked. It also ended up not working in Chrome.

BUT this morning everything worked!! Which is really strange, since it was only those two entities not loading!

    /H
