    Licensing Data-->
    Software Licensing service is not running.

    The error message above says it all :)
    Click on the Start button
    in the Search box, type
    SERVICES.MSC
    and hit the Enter key
    accept the UAC prompt, and the Services console should appear.
    Look down the list for the Software Licensing Service.
    right-click on it, and select Properties.
    Ensure that the Startup type is set to Automatic, and attempt to start the service
    If the service fails to start, make a note of the EXACT error message.
    If the service starts, and then almost immediately stops, you may have malware.
    if the service starts OK, then reboot the machine - run another MGADiag report, and post the results back here.

     Note also that your installation of Office is suspect. If you purchased this believing it to be a normal genuine retail version, then you have been scammed - it's a version that is only sold in bulk to organisations for use on their own machines.
