Current issue
i'm working on a Domain PC and need to remote assistance one of our Kiosk machines which is based within a Work-group environment.
I can RDP onto the Workgroup PC via IP address - I make sure the workgroup PC has local register and firewall rules to allow remote connection.
Both the Domain PC and Workgroup PC receive IP addresses via our DHCP server (workgroup has fixed IP)
I want to know if it's even possible for a Domain PC using Domain AD details to connect via remote assistance to the Workgroup PC
