  • Hello,

    I have developed a workflow which reactivates the Received Emails. So the email status reason will be "Draft" and the status is "Open". However when i open any reactivated email then the ribbon buttons are enabled but the actions on all the Buttons are not functional. Only the "Reply, Reply All and Forward buttons" are functional.

    Please advise if anyone faced this before.

    I have found out the issue. It seems that the solution was imported successfully but it was not reflected correctly. I have re-imported the solution and it is working.
