Im confused and unable to find a telephone number or email contract. My subsciption ran out Aug 23 09 give or take a day or two. I had my payment information put in and was told that it would automatic be updated on that date. I had it charge to a credit card and have not yet received my statement to vertify. When I bring up my live onecare screen what I see is that my subscription will run out on 2/24/2010 which is definitely not a year. How do I reach someone about this?
