Generally this means we do not have enough information about your site in our index to aggregate in the portal. This should change as you get more quality inbound links to your site.

This has happened to me several times. Unfortunately, I have no good explanation for you. In my experience, it is temporary and doesn't actually impact anything in terms of your pages being indexed by Live Search.Have you previously been indexed? (i.e. has this page previously shown complete information?)If so, go to http://search.live.com and do a site:www.dumbschool.com search and see whether your pages come up. If so, then I guess one just has to conclude that the Webmaster Tools are just, for whatever reason, not accurately representing or accessing the information about your site.If your pages don't show up on the Live Search query, then that's important to know.Thursday, November 22, 2007 4:13 AM

I have the same issue, but in addition to what you've described in your first post, my website does not show up on Live Search for site:www.mywebsite.com query. If somebody from Live Search team is watching this forum, please help.

Ars81 - It sounds like your site may be banned or penalized. Have you asked them?

They are always quick about responding. Usually within 24 hoursThursday, November 29, 2007 11:54 PM -
Jaysonnhs - Yes, I've asked them several times, but every time I'm getting automated reply:
"Thank you for writing to Live Search Technical Support. My name is Beth and I understand that your site is not getting indexed in Live Search. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
While MSNBot crawls billions of web pages, not every page on the Internet can be crawled. For example, if your site's link structure does not have links to each page on your site, MSNBot may not be able to find all of your site's pages. To determine whether we have encountered links to a particular page or domain, you can use the "link:" or "linkdomain:" search operator. Also, higher quality pages are more likely to be crawled than lower quality pages..." and so on.
I thought that Webmaster Tools will be more user-friendly than their support team, but it seems not

Nathan, thanks for your reply. But the website is almost 4 year old, it has 5-th G**gle PageRank and more than 1300 one way inbound links. So, I think that there is some other reason. Could you please check it? (it's authentication code is 05CC32303D954565883852BECA979986, if you can find it by this value... or let me know how can I send you it's URL)
