Hi all,
Have setup the CRM 4.0 Email Router to work with our Exchange 2007 server. I have set it up according to all the instructions I have found, and as per the deployment guides, however when testing I get the following error:
Name: Ben Walton
Incoming Status: Failure - The remote Microsoft Exchange e-mail server returned the error "(404) Not Found". This user or queue does not have a mailbox. Create a mailbox and try again. The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
Server: 172.16.21.202
Outgoing Status: Succeeded
I do have a mailbox. There are no errors in the event logs of either server (CRM & EXCH on different boxes). I get the same error regardless if it is HTTP or HTTPS, and for every user. User's have their credentials loaded in CRM in domain\name format.
I read somewhere to put /owa on the end of the server location name, however, then the testing simply displays this, and never completes, errors or does anything:

Testing...
Any ideas? I have a call logged with MS, but no response as yet.
