about cetification crm2011

hello,

I don'n see any spcified information in microsoft learning about wich exams I have to pass to become crm 2011 MCITP for installation and any information about crm2011 MCITP for applications. I don't find either in internet any self learrning exam books.and that is very srtange for me why microsoft doesn't release exam books for this object.

can somebody give me some advise.
