My windows one care is not working at all, It worked for a few days then nothing. I have a red balloon, when I click on it, it says staus at risk. I have done every thing and followed your instrutions on the help center. I paid for this security but do not have any. If this is not fixed i would like a full refund! Verna
Contacting support is certainly an option, but you may want to check the computer date and time and correct it if the month, day, year, and/or time are incorrect.
