    Hi there,

    I have a requirement to build B2B and B2C Scenarios in Dynamics 365 CRM. I am thinking of creating both with account Entity with custom field "Type" (values Company, private etc). The Company type will have one or more contacts attached but private type will have no contact record because account Entity also contains address, telephone, and email fields. My question is it possbile to sync. account fields such as email, telephone with Outlook or it is only possible if there is contact Entity record?

    The Outlook sync is only with the contact entity, and is not possible with the account entity.

    One option might be to create a workflow or 'Automatic Record Creation and Update Rule' that creates a contact record for the accounts with type = private, and updates the address, telephone and email fields of the contact when the account is changed. To make this work, you'd need to set this contact as the primary contact for the account
