After having a total systems crash on my pre-programmed "Vista" comp. I got in touch with the makers and was told how to re-install. All very well. Then last week I had a notification from 'Microsoft' to validate my 'Vista'. This they tell me, now, is not valid, though the makers of my comp. say it is. I also find that there are several programs I can no longer open, the 'Control Panel' being one of them. When I use all the advice given me by the makers, I get the error code 0X80070426, or, by using 'Command Prompt', get system error 123 or, sometimes, system error 5. I don't think my comp. really knows what's wrong. The programe was verified two weeks ago, so cannot, in all reality, become fake in such a short period of time. All help &/or suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you, Traindaddy.
