Configuring Email in CRM

Question
-
We have users who have online CRM, SharePoint and Exchange licenses from office 365. SharePoint works fine with email notifications, but in CRM emails just sit in the queue. Can CRM be configured to send and receive email for office 365 users?
thank you

Try to do the setup for that mailbox again. If you have the credentials on the mailbox there might have been a password change without updating CRM.

There is a Server side synchronization for CRM Online with Exchange Server guide - blogs.msdn.com/b/crm/archive/2015/11/06/new-server-side-sync-setup-guide.aspxMonday, November 23, 2015 3:48 AM

Thank you. I am reading the information on configuring the email and I just have not had any success. I am reading the New Server Side Sync Setup and have tried several of the server configurations without success. Our exchange is hosed by a third party online (Adnet). What I need to enable is to send and receive email notifications from SharePoint. That would be our first goal. The second would be to sync the appointments, contacts and tasks with outlook. We also have the email which is provided with our office 365, but right now I have this forwarded to the company email for each user. It was a management decision not to have our company email not to be hosted with Office 365.
I have failures on the outgoing and incoming email.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi,
You should see (some) error logs under the alerts, what does it say there?
