    %windir%\ie7\spuninst\spuninst.exe run that and uninstall IE7 - It work

    KB934238 is specifically for non-English versions of 2003/XP, after DotNet framework 3 is installed.

    What language are you running, and do you have DotNet v3 installed?

  • I have a english ver of xp home. What i need 2 know is how 2 stop automatic update from trying 2 download & install KB934238 every time i boot-up?  any1 online now that knows how?
