    Hai,

    A check on Microsoft KB says this is an issue with Windows Server 2003 that is fixed in SP2. But I still have the problem.
    w3wp.exe utilizes maximum CPU and memory.

    what is the thershold settings for w3wp.exe?


    We have windows 2003 server SP2 32 bit standard edition and IIS 6.0

    Pls provide the solutions if any.
