It appears that your clients cannot connect to the mediation server
Make sure there is no firewall in between clients need to contact the mediation server directly
Check that all services are started on the mediation server

Hello, I'm encountering the same error. All services are running on mediation server and no errors are recorded in the event log.

Please post logs from Mediation Server. Next hop is from Mediation Server to Gateway or SIP Device. Lets look at the invite going out. Sounds like the Gateway does not know how to route the call. Could be an issue with the E.164 formated number.
