    OK thankyou once again Noel.

I thought I was purchasing and paid for a full installation. Now after your reply, looking at the disc it says "includes Windows Anytime Upgrade"in small letters. It is simpy labelled "Windows 7 Home Premium". On the package it makes on mention of 'Upgrade"

I think I have the full product.

I did use the Custom option.

I never quite know what is meant by re-boot.  Can you spell that out for me please. Then I will go to theWin 7 install people.

    Thank you,

    Colin Harrison.

re-booting is simply shutting the computer down and restarting (booting) it.
Unfortunately some people have got into a bad habit of using the term to mean reinstalling the operating system - and this confuses people.
Similar confusion occurs with 'downloading' - which means transferring files from (usually) a server to a client PC. Some people wrongly use the term when they actually mean Installing a program, which is a totally different kettle of clams :)
HTH - and good luck in the Answers forums.
