Please check to make sure that your hard disks are not set to Dynamic.
Click Start, then right-click on My Computer and choose Manage
Look in here for Disk Management and click on it
Look at your hard disks on the right and check to make sure that the TYPE is set to BASIC.
If it's set to Dynamic, this can be the cause of this issue. OneCare is not compatible with Dynamic Disks and you can get all kinds of wierd firewall behavior if you have Dynamic Disks.
