I DO have a GENUINE copy of Windows XP Pro SP2, however, I got this... RRS feed

  • Question

  • I must also let it be known that I bought *another* genuine copy of Windows XP, because my other one is no longer viable/usable. so the ID that MS is 'seeing' is no longer active.

How can I get it to accept my CURRENT COA ID?

    Thank you,

    Mary Beth
