Your Product Key in the report is the Default (Keyless Install) Key - you need to change the Key to the one in your Win 7 package (whether OE or Retail).
Go to the System Properties page, and use the link at the bottom to access the option to Change Product Key.
You may well have to activate by phone.

  • I have done that repeatedly, it does not change. Phone Activation says my installation id has been blocked by Microsoft, however my Product Key from my upgrade Disk is valid.  This does not explain the presence of a Product Key on the WGA report that is neither my original OEM Vista Key nor the Upgrade Disk Key I have entered.  How did I get a product key in my machine that is invalid, and it is not one entered by me?

The Default Key always shows as blocked.
Does the Key you are entering agree with the Key as shown in the report?
If so, then you have the wrong Key, probably either retrieved from an unactivated installation, or as part of a counterfeit package.

Your Upgrade disk and Key cannot be used for a Clean install - If this is your problem, you will need (ASSUMING you have a valid qualifying license) to reinstall WIn7 over itself using your Upgrade Key.
