When opening LCDS get strange message RRS feed

    When I launch the LCDS program I receive this message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" what does this mean?  I never received this message with v2.2 but when I updated to v2.3 I started to receive this message everytime I try to open the program.

    It sounds like there may have been an issue with upgrading.  Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling LCDS 2.3?

    I have the same problem, Win7 Enterprise
    It works fine until you sysprep then the error appears.
    Uninstall/reinstall fixes it.
