your options are very limited.
try a blank password, or try password, as your password, or any other password that you might think of.
failing these two options, then you will need to reinstall windows

I tried several passwords or combinations to no avail. I can't open the computer past the welcome page of windows 10 so I can't effect a re-installation. I have been in contact with windows support and a Microsoft store nearby but no help.Tuesday, April 5, 2016 6:44 PM

you don't need to log into windows, to start a new installation. If your boot devices are setup correctly in bios, simply put the DVD into the DVD drive, (or bootable USB drive), reboot, and the installation will commenceTuesday, April 5, 2016 6:49 PM

What name is appearing on your screen?
If it's your Microsoft account, input password for Microsoft account.
