    Hi all,

    I want to add screenshots to a case

    it can be under posts/notes/any other instance

    Can it be performed?

    Hi,

    You can attach screenshots as note's attachment in case entity or you could configure dynamics CRM and SharePoint list component to attach your attachments/screenshots into SharePoint.
