How to create subject field in Case entity in CRM 2013 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I want to know that how to create subject field as shown in Case entity in CRM 2013 and how to add more subject like shown in figure ?

  • You can edit available Subjects by navigating to Settings --> Business Management --> Subjects

  • Hi Aamir,   

    Subject is an entity, if you want to add more subject fields (like Subject field in CASE) in system or custom entities

    1.       Create new lookup field and select  SUBJECT  in Target Record Type

    If you want to add more subjects in that

    Go to àSettings àBusiness Managementàclick SubjectsàAdd a Subject
