How to merge two profiles or move one cetificate to another profile? RRS feed

  • I have MCP ID (7814394) and when took test 70-523 new MC ID (8774780) has been registred by mistake. How to merge these two IDs (profiles) or move certificate from 8774780 into 7814394?

  • Please call your nearest MCP Regional Support center to explain your case.

    You will probably have to supply them with proof of who you are and proof that you passed the exams you wish to transfer. http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx
