Split to reduce confusion :)
The installation is non-genuine, due to either an expired or stolen/leaked Volume License Key.
You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.

You should post your results in your own new thread rather than resurrecting an old one.
You have a Volume install that has been blocked, and is therefore a counterfeit install. You will need to format your drive and install a valid copy of Windows. Be sure to back up your files first.
Your copy of Microsoft Office is also counterfeit, being a Blocked Volume version as well. You will need to purchase a valid copy and install it after you put in the legal copy of Windows.
