I recently setup a Communications Server 2007 on our system running Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003. As a domin admin, when I log onto any machine and open Communicator 2007 I get the entire address book list plus any contacts that I have in my Mailbox. However, when users login, they only see their contacts from their Mailbox. Is there anyway to force the GAL to be displayed? Is it a rights issue that they are unable to see the GAL? I was getting the "Cannot sync Address Book" error message originally, but I have worked through that, but the users are still not seeing the correct address list.
