install OneCare on the new PC from http://onecare.live.com (the trial) and activate by clicking subscribe and then signing in with your subscription LiveID.
Once activated, make the PC a hub and click on your OneCare Circle. You'll see the other PCs in your Circle/subscription listed. With each PC is a link to remove the computer from the susbcription. Clicking this will cause it to become unsubscribed.
If you have no need for the new PC to be a Hub, you can then click the link for that PC to stop being a Hub PC in the Circle.
