Display adCenter ads on websites

  I've been digging all morning to find out how to use adCenter on my website, but all I keep finding is how to start my own ad campaign.

   

  Is adCenter available for this functionality, or is it just rolled out to select few websites (Digg is what started this whole research project).

   

  I apologise if there is a thread already started for this question, I didn't find one.
