about to expire, can't get new product key in RRS feed

    My subscription is about to expire, tomorrow.

    I purchased a new retail product, have the key on hand, don't know how to add it.

    The subscription and accounts link gives an error message

    I tried to uninstall the current and put the new one in, but it just adds this PC to the current subscription.

  • Go to http://billing.microsoft.com and sign in with your subscription LiveID.

    Select the OneCare subscription and click on Renew.

    Select the option to renew with a prepaid PIN or Token, which is the Product Key.

    Once completed, your subscription status will be updated, but it may not be reflected in OneCare for at least a day.

  • I get an error message about the page being temporarily unavailable, the same error message that I've been seeing every time I've tried for the last month

  • When you sign in at the Billing page you are getting a temporarily unavailable message? It sounds like there may be a problem with your account. Please contact OneCare support -
