Win 10 HP Pavilion 400 USB front ports

Question
-
I have an HP 400 Pavilion Slimline desktop. I have an SD card and reader that cannot be seen right now on the front or rear ports of the machine. I have win 10. Tried on another win10 machine and it reads just fine. Tried updating USB drivers by right clicking on each and looking for updates. at a loss as to next steps. updates didn't help. any help?

Hi Michellepu.
I suggest you to ask this question in the Microsoft Community for Windows, which is more appropriate for this kind of topics.
If the SD card reader is built into the PC, use the driver provided by HP (it could be the chipset driver if no specific driver for the card reader is available); in case of need, you could also contact HP Support and ask for assistance.Bye.
