  Hi Michellepu.

  I suggest you to ask this question in the Microsoft Community for Windows, which is more appropriate for this kind of topics.
  If the SD card reader is built into the PC, use the driver provided by HP (it could be the chipset driver if no specific driver for the card reader is available); in case of need, you could also contact HP Support and ask for assistance.
