nokia Lumia windows 8.1 ringer switch

  The ringer on/off switch has gone from my Nokia Lumia 625 phone running windows 8.1.    The whole line has gone.

  Tried factory reset but it is still missing.

  Is this a software or hardware fault.

  If software, how do I get it back?
