RichTextBoxBorder and manipulating with richtextbox

Today I made a richtextbox wich can preview and print text, but:
Since i need to make a bill using some values form DataBase and the richtextbox her is my questions:

how can i make border around the text in a richtextbox, and how can i add/get particular text from a richtextbox. My first though was to make lot of textboxes and get the values from them, maybe that is the solution??

And how can i alter size of the text, text Font(bold, underline, italic etc.), and how can i make this bill beautiful???
