The problem is caused by the file mismatch highlighted above.
Sounds like a CHKDSK and SFC may be in order.
I'd run the CHKDSK first, but it will require a reboot to run, as it needs access at a low level to the system drive.
when you're prepared for it, do the following...
1) run a CHKDSK to check the file system:-
Click on Start
In the Search box, type
CMD
wait for the Search to find the response, then right-click on it, and select Run as Administrator
Accept the UAC prompt, then at the Command prompt, type
CHKDSK C: /F
hit the Enter key
You will be told that the system needs to reboot to do the check - accept the warning, and then reboot.
2) Run the System File Checker
Click on Start
in the Search box, type
CMD.EXE
wait for the system to find what should be the only file related, and right-click on it - select Run As Administrator.
Accept the UAC prompt if you get one, and then in the window that comes up, type
SFC /SCANNOW
and hit the Enter key
wait for the scan to finish - it'll take a while - and then reboot, twice!
run the MGADiag report again, and post back with the new report.
