Trial: Non-profit customatizations (NGO)

Question
-
I signed up for the NGO trial. I'm using the web client IE 8 on XP. I went to the trial CRM, settings, and uploaded the non-profit customizations.xml file.
I see the Donations area but each of the items 'Programs', 'Pledges', 'Donations', 'Memberships' are disabled. When I click them I get 'Error has occured...'. Same with 'Relationships>Volunteers'. Lots of non-profit disabled items under 'Settings' too. Below is more error detail.

Works OK on our end (XP SP3 and IE8)
I would try the following:
1. Re-import ALL the Non Profit customizations again and ensure that it was successfully imported
2. Publish ALL the customizations again
3. Logout and login

Have you added your site to the trusted sites in IE and set the Custom Level Active X settings there?

oops. Feeling silly now. Thanks guys (forgot to publish).
Two follow up questions:
1) security bar
I see a yellow bar at top: 'Internet Explorer has blocked this site from using an ActiveX control in an unsafe manner. As a result this page might not display correctly.'
No option to right click and install any control. Lowered all my browser security settings but still can't get the bar to go away.
2) Credit card payment. Does CRM Online Non-Profit product work with public credit card payments? Can it inter operate with a public payment server provider (PSP)?
Thanks!
