username and password fields not visible in mailbox in crm 2013

  Hi,

  I have configured crm 2013 email router but I just configured outgoing profile when I open mailbox username and password fields are visible but after 2-3 sec both fields are hide. Please tell me how to configure smtp outgoing profile I want to send email through crm.
