I've seen this before. The Organisation Database hasn't been updated, probably due to other processes on the database preventing the update from taking locks.
The solution was to stop all CRM services; Async, Async (Maintenance), Sandbox, Unzip and Email Router. I then did an IISReset on the CRM Server, stopped the SQL Server Agent service and restarted SQL Server Database service.
Then in CRM Deployment Manager right click on the Organisation and click on Update
