CRM 2015 - Add Status Reason field to view - "All Activity Associated View" RRS feed

  • Hi

    I want to add Status Reason field to Activity associated view "All Activity Associated View" in CRM 2015 but it is not available there to add. Is this by design? Any workaround?

  • For Activity view there is no status reason field so we cannot add it as coloumn.  we have to create a new custom view with record type as regarding (case), then we can select status reason field as a coloumn

  • Thanks GousiyaSulthana for your reply. Status Reason field does exist in Activity entity. Why can't I add it in a view?
