When I went to activate my Window Live Onecare, the website I am supposed to go to to activate it doesn't work. Where do I have to go to activate my program?

  • Is IE your default web browser? If not, set it to be the default web browser. Then close all browser windows and start the activation process in OneCare. If you are still unable to sign in, please contact support for help. Select the option that you are a trial/beta user to allow an email support form to appear without validation of an active account.

  • What is the URL or address of the page you are directed to? You should be presented with a signin first, and then the opportunity to enter the retail key or provide payment information to proceed.

What do you mean by "it doesn't work?"

  • I am using a trial for now. I click "Activate" and another screen pops up. I enter the computer name. It takes me to the sign in section. I sign in using my Windows LIve ID and it says I have to "Go Online" to finish registering. The website the registration button goes to is:

    [deleted]

And that website does not work properly. I get an error saying "Navigation Cancelled" I have no idea what website I need to go to to register.
