"Folder Pair Endpoint Does Not Exist" message

  Using about 8 pairs with no problem, and all were created the same way - browsing the C:\ drive for the beginning pair. However, one pair (the first) gives the message "Folder Pair Endpoint Does Not Exist", and indicates that I have not syncronized C:\Users\Doc\Desktop\.

  If I click on "No", the Desktop pair is skipped. If I click "Yes", that pair is run, but a file is created on the destop like "SyncToy_edoxxxxxxx.dat".

  I have verified that the pair is correct, both for startr and finish sides. Apparently I'm missing something.

  This is on a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit system, saving the backups to a thumb drive. All other pairs work with no issues.

  Any ideas?
