    I am looking forward to starting  a website development company. I want to develop using ASP.Net and SQL Server. What licenses will I need to start and eventually as the work and employees increase. Please help me getting started.

    As this forum is specific to .NET Framework setup, there are no licenses required for any .NET Framework version.

    For better information pertaining to your licensing question for a web site development company, I suggest you ask in a topical ASP.NET forum, where web development is discussed.
