Completely disappeared from Live search after high ranking

Question
-
Hi,
Sorry, to post this again, but I think I posted this problem under the wrong forum (webmaster tools) the first time .
Our site jewelryinthenet.com has completely dropped out of search results where ranked very high until just recently. We were being returned on the first page for Jewelry Classifieds and appeared to have high rankings for other terms like Jewelry Jobs Classifieds, Jewelry Forums and Jewelry Business Classifieds. We didn't just get moved down, we are no longer to be found, and the MSN bot is no longer crawling the site. For Google and Yahoo we are being returned in decent positions.
Are we being penalized for something? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
J.

Hi,
I will add your site to our support queue for review. However, please be aware that you are in our index:
http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=site%3Ajewelryinthenet.com&form=QBRE
Results by search engine:

Could you please provide me with your top keywords

Hi Brett,
I wasn't sure exactly what you wanted regarding the top keywords. Essentially they should be, Jewelry Classifieds, Jewelry, Jewelry Jobs Classifieds, Jewelry Business Classifieds, Jewelry Forums.
Currently our local stats application is reporting in order: Jewelry, Classifieds, Diamonds, Free, JewelryInTheNet, Jobs, Business, Jewelers.
Is that what you were looking for?
Thanks for your help.

Brett,
Would you have any idea to where this sits in the support queue or what the average response time is?
Thanks again for your help,
Joe

Hi Brett,
I was wondering if Support has had a chance to look into our issue? It seems to have even gotten worse, if that was even possible. I noticed today, Our URL does not even get returned searching "JewelryInTheNet". It is however, returned using the site: operator. The MSNbot hardly crawls us. Pretty much nonexistent when compared to the other bots,
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
